Sega kuni suhkur on lahustunud ja ongi mõnus jahutav jook valmis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olen teinud ka nii, et sidrunimahlale valan alguses peale keeva vett, et mahla veidi läbi kuumutada. Seal kuumas segus on hea ka suhkur ära lahustada. font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ahju panemiseks:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 g hakkliha&lt;br /&gt;1 muna&lt;br /&gt;paar tomatit&lt;br /&gt;paar sibulat&lt;br /&gt;šampinjone&lt;br /&gt;terveid koorega küüslaugukobaraid&lt;br /&gt;pestot&lt;br /&gt;taimeõli&lt;br /&gt;soola&lt;br /&gt;pipart&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hakkliha hulka sega muna ja maitsesta soola ning pipraga. Veereta parajad pallikesed ja lao need ahjuplaadile küpsetuspaberi peale. Sibulad ja tomatid lõika sektoriteks, jälgi et sibul laiali ei vajuks ning laota need koos tervete seentega samuti ahjuplaadile. Piserda peale õli ja pestot ning soola ja sega aedviljad läbi. Lisa pannile küüslaugukobarad koos koorega. Küpseta ahjus 200 oC juures umbes 40 minutit. Küüslauguküüned suru peale küpsetamist koore seest välja ja pane ülejäänud köögivilja hulka. Need on ülemõistuse maitsvad!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Küpsemise ajal pane keema kartulid ja hakka valmistama porgandeid.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Porgandite jaoks:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;beebiporgandeid&lt;br /&gt;sibulat&lt;br /&gt;vahukoort&lt;br /&gt;soola&lt;br /&gt;muskaati&lt;br /&gt;võid&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prae porgandeid ja sibulaid võis kuni need muutuvad poolpehmeks. Vala peale koor ja veidi vett. Maitsesta soolaga. Hauta kaane all kuni porgand on sinu jaoks parajalt pehme. Mulle meeldib kui need veel veidi hamba all krõmpsuvad. Maitsesta näiteks muskaatpähkliga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ürdivõi jaoks:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;võid&lt;br /&gt;maitserohelist&lt;br /&gt;soola&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Haki maitseroheline (näiteks murulauk) ja sega pehme või ning soolaga. Eelnevalt tuleb valmis teha paberiribad, mida küpsiste sisse panna. Sest kui küpsised ahjust välja võetakse, siis tuleb kiirelt tegutseda, kuni nad on kuumad ja lasevad end vormida!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vaja läheb:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 suurt munavalget&lt;br /&gt;100 g sulavõid&lt;br /&gt;2,5 dl suhkrut&lt;br /&gt;1,5 dl nisujahu&lt;br /&gt;0,5 dl jahvatatud mandleid&lt;br /&gt;noaotsaga soola&lt;br /&gt;mõrumandliessentsi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Klopi munavalged lahti, lisa suhkur, sool ja sulavõi. Klopi ühtlaseks. Lisa kõik ülejäänud ained ja sega valmis tainas.&lt;br /&gt;Kuumita ahi 175 oC-ni. Pane küpsetuspaberile iga küpsise jaoks supilusikatäis tainast. Iga küpsise vahele jäta 10 cm ruumi laiali valgumiseks. Küpseta 10-12 minutit, kuni ääred on kuldpruunid. Võta välja ja tegutse kiirelt! Tõsta üks küpsis paberilt, aseta keskele eelnevalt valmistatud pabeririba mõne ilusa sooviga. Murra küpsis pooleks ja vastu klaasiserva suru veel teispidi pooleks, et tekiks selline kuju, nagu pildil näha. Seejärel aseta küpsis muffinivormi jahtuma. Seal ei vaju ta lahti ja säilitab ilusti oma kuju. Jahtunult on küpsis krõbe ja hoiab ise vormi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Retsept on pärit L. Peale keetmist lisa nii palju mett, et saad endale sobiva magususega joogi. Rulli tainas rätiku peal lahti ja hakka seda kätega venitama. Pane käed taigna alla ja venita seda äärte suunas, kuni saad ühtlaselt paberõhukese taignalehe (näpunäiteid venitamise kohta leiad: &lt;a href="http://zoebakes.com/?p=2184"&gt;siit&lt;/a&gt;). Pruunista siivsai kergelt sulavõis ja määri segu ühtlaselt taignale. Puhasta õunad ja lõika hästi õhukesteks sektoriteks. Laota õunad taignalehe ühele äärele ja pane nende peale mandlilaastud rummi sees leotatud rosinad. Puista õuntele ja üle terve taignalehe kaneeli-suhkrusegu ning keera käterätiku abil tainas ümber õunte rulli. Määri veel pealt sulavõiga ja pane ahju 200 kraadi juurde küpsema. Vajadusel määri küpsemise ajal veel pealt sulavõiga ja küpseta kuni struudel on ilus kuldpruun. Lase veidi jahtuda ja lõika hästi terava noaga viiludeks. Suruda see ümmarguse koogivormi põhjaks. Ricotta segada suhkru, soola ja pudingipulbriga. Lisada munad ning segada ühtlaseks. Kirsid laotada koogipõhjale ja valada üle ricottaseguga. Ja tuhnisin natuke internetis, kui leidsingi ühe sobiva retsepti. Proovisin järele ja ei saanud sugugi halb. Järgmine kord proovin vist juustu isegi veel rohkem panna ja katsetaks ka mõnda teist juustu. Näiteks brie tükikesi taignasse panna...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Algupärane retsept on selline: (tassi arvestasin 150ml)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Apple Cheese Coffe Cake)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tainas:&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tassi nisujahu&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tassi suhkrut&lt;br /&gt;2 spl margariini või võid (sulatada)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tassi piima&lt;br /&gt;1 muna (veidi lahti kloppida)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tl soola&lt;br /&gt;2 tl küpsetuspulbrit&lt;br /&gt;1 tass riivitud juustu&lt;br /&gt;1 tass tükeldatud õunu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kate:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tassi jahu&lt;br /&gt;1/3 pruuni suhkrut (kasutasin tavalist valget)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tl kaneeli&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tassi sulatatud margariini või võid&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pane ahi kuumenema 180 kraadi juurde.&lt;br /&gt;Sega kausis kõik taignaained peale juustu ja õunte. Seejärel sega hulka juust ja õunatükid. Vala tainas võitatud koogivormi. Näpi katteained sõmeraks ja pudista koogi peale. Vahustasin munavalged tugevaks vahuks, munakollastele lisasin 3sl suhkrut ja vahustasin helekollaseks. Seejärel segasin munakollasevahu hulka 1,5sl jahu ja 1,5sl tärklist + 0,5tl küpsetuspulbrit ning lisasin saadud segu munavalgevahule. Segasin õrnalt läbi ja küpsetasin. Ahjust tulnud biskviidi keerasin kohe tagurpidi teise küpsetuspaberi peale, mille olin suhkruga üle puistanud. Eemaldasin küpsetuspaberi ja tegin selle märjaks ning katsin biskviidi uuesti selle märja paberiga, et ta ilusti pehme säiliks ja hiljem rulli keerata annaks.&lt;br /&gt;Täidiseks murelimoos ja kohupiima-vahukooresegu - määrisin põhjadele ja lõikasin need 7cm laiusteks ribadeks, millest keerasin kokku ühe suure rulli.&lt;br /&gt;Rooside jaoks valmistasin suhkrumassi (tuhksuhkur, glükoos, 1tl kondenspiima, 05,tl zelatiini lahustatud 1sl vees. Suhkru kogust ei oskagi öelda, lisasin seda kuni sain parajalt paksu, vormitava segu). Auto jaoks tegin martsipani - võrdses koguses tuhksuhkrut ja jahvatatud mandlilaaste. Lisasin 3sl suhkrut, jupi ingverit ja paar supilusikatäit kookoshelbeid. Lasin keema tõusta ja keetsin tasasel tulel ilma kaaneta vedelikku vähemaks (järele jäi umbes 4dl). Kurnasin läbi sõela, lisasin veidi vaniljesuhkrut ja valasin juurde eelnevalt sulatatud zelatiini (10g). Valasin vormidesse ja panin külmikusse tarretuma. Küpsetasin nii tund ja 15 minutit. Ei oskaks arvatagi, et see kook selline mõnus kerge suutäis on. Tänu sellele, et vahukoore-kohupiimasegusse olematu kogus suhkrut sai ja astelpajumarjad hapud on, ei olnud kook üleliia magus. Tasub teinekordki proovida. Panin umbes pooleks tunniks külmkappi tahenema.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Täidis:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;400g kohupiima&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;50g võid (hästi pehmet, kuid mitte päris sulatatud)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4sl suhkrut&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;vaniljet&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 munakollast&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1sl vilma pannkoogijahu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;veidi riivitud sidrunikoort&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Taigna rullisin hästi õhukeseks...vaat et millimeetripaksuseks ja lõikasin ruudukesteks. Panin täidist ruudu keskele, tõstsin kolm taignanurka täidise peale kokku ja neljanda nurga keerasin üle piruka, nii et ots jäi selle alla. Küpsetasin 225oC.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Maitse sai hea ja täidis sai ka hea..võiks veidi paksem veel olla, et saaks rohkem seda head kraami ühe piruka sisse panna. Aga vormimisega ma rahule ei jäänud. Need kohad, kus mitu taignakihti üksteise peale said, olid liiga paksud ja kõvad. Tahaks, et pirukas jääks üleni pehme ja õrn ja et täidist oleks parajalt palju sees. Ja noh selline pisiasi ka veel, et pirukad võiks enam vähem ühesugused olla...mul tuli neid ikka igas mõõdus ja iga kujuga. Segada hulka kuivained. Hõõrusin need sisse soola ja sidrunipipraga ja valasin üle kuiva punase veiniga. Jätsin järgmise päevani laagerduma. Siis praadisin viilud kuumal pannil mõlemalt poolt ilusti pruuniks ja panin nad kaanega savipotti. Olen lihtsalt kaks ideed kokku pannud ja saanud ühe ja "oma" :)&lt;br /&gt;Tuleb võtta hapukoort ja margariini võrdses koguses ja omavahel kokku segada (nt mõlemat 250g, siis saab juba päris suure koguse). Margariini võiks enne veidi pehmemaks sulatada näiteks mikrolaineahjus, parem oleks kui päris vedelaks ei lase. Soola panna ka tunde järgi ja siis jahu nii palju, et saaks taigen, mida rullida saab. Võiks nii kauaks külmkappi pista, kuni õunu puhastatad. Õunad lõigata sektoriteks ja sudamikud välja võtta. Mulle meeldib kui koor jääb peale. Siis rullida taignast umbes 30cm läbimõõduga umbes poole sentimeetri paksune ketas (kui tainast on rohkem, siis saab mitu sellist ketast). Puistata see korralikult üle kaneelisuhkruga ja asetada õunasektorid ringi ratast üksteise kõrvale taigna äärele. Ja lõigata tainas iga õunatüki järgi sektoriteks. Küpseta veidi alla 200 oC juures kuni pealt on kuldsed ja õun on küps.&lt;br /&gt;Maailma parim on, kui süüa soojalt ja juua kõrvale külma piima.&lt;br /&gt;Samast taignast teen ka õunapomme, siis mätsin terve õuna taigna sisse lihtsalt. Võib kasutada igasugu delikatesse, kuid tulemus on superhea ka kõige lihtsamate komponentidega. Kindlasti peaks olema kurki ja tomatit ning röstsaia, võiks olla ka keedumuna. Vahel kui ma ei viitsi keetma hakata, löön muna kuivale kuumale deflonpannile ja valan sinna tilgakese vett ning panen kaane peale. Nii saab kiirelt muna "keedetud". Õige maitse annab sellele salatile santamaria piprasegu, sool ja mõned tilgad majoneesi. Ehk siis lõikan kurgid, tomatid, muna (ja kõik muu, mis parasjagu sisse panen) parajateks juppideks suure taldriku peale. Raputan soola ja piprasegu peale ja tilgutan vähese majoneesiga üle (seda ei pea üldse palju panema). Siis viskan röstsaiaviilu rösterisse, lasen tal pärast pool mõne sekundi jahtuda ja lõikan kuubikuteks. Need panen salatile kõige peale. Siis võtan kahvli ja asun oma kunstiteost nautima.&lt;br /&gt;Aga kui mul delikatesside isu on, siis olen sinna pannud veel näiteks avokaadot, valgehallitusjuustu (või siis sellist, milles on nii sini- kui ka valgehallitus), rannakarpe olen ka pannud näiteks. Suurepäraselt peaks sobima ka nt veiseliha. Võtsin korraliku taise tüki ja lõikasin kuubikuteks. Maitsestasin soola ja pipraga, veeretasin jahus ja panin kuumale pannile praadima. Kui juba värvus ilusaks pruuniks muutus, lisasin hakitud sibula, suuremateks juppideks lõigatud küüslauguküüned, porgandirattad ja ribadeks lõigatud peekoni. Praadisin veel, kuni sibul ilus klaasjas oli ning valasin siis kogu pannitäie potti. Peale kallasin väikese purgitäie tumedat õlut ja natuke vett ka. Lisasin veel maitse järgi soola. Jätsin nõrgale tulele hauduma...umbes pooleteiseks või kaheks tunniks, kuni liha pehmeks sai. Nüüd on siis maitse viimistlemise hetk. Mina näiteks lisasin veel näpuotsaga suhkrut. Siis segasin veidi jahu kohvikoorega ning valasin kastme hulka. Koort panin maitse järgi ja jahu nii palju, et kastmele sobiv paksus saaks. Rull fooliumit ja munavõid, soola muidugi ka. Kurk ja tomat on samuti selline hea kraam, millest kiirelt maitsva salati saab. Pakid kartulid fooliumisse ja viskad hõõguvate süte sisse. Küpsetad pehmeks. Harutad lahti, lõikad noaga pooleks, raputad soola ja määrid enne igat ampsu munavõid paksult peale. Midagi paremat annab otsida! Mina panin või sisse veidi ka majoneesi ja tilli. Aga et munavõi kipub selline kraam olema, mis kiirelt otsa saab, siis teine hea variant värske kartuli kõrvale, on valmistada külm koorekaste. Keetsime mõned munad, vajutasime kahvliga puruks. Lõikasime kurki ja tomatit tükkideks, tilli ka ja segasime kõik hapukoore ja majoneesiga. Soola ja suhkrut lisasime ka muidugi. Ehkki süte sees küpsetatud kartulitest naljalt isu täis ei saa, võib ju siiski vahelduseks neid lihtsalt keema panna. Puhas liha, ilma kondita. Tundus kuidagi ahvatlev, fileest ongi justkui isu täis saanud. Haarasin kaasa ka karbitäie shampinjone ja kodudeel oligi juba pilt silme ees, mis tänaseks lõunasöögiks valmib.&lt;br /&gt;Kana lõikasin ribadeks ja panin kuumale pannile praadima. Vahepeal pesin seened ka puhtaks ja hakkisin ära. Viskasin pannile liha juurde ka sibulat ja küüslauku. Milline vastupandamatu lõhn... Kõht oli ka juba karjuvalt tühi. Praadisin liha ikka mõnusalt läbi enne kui seened hulka panin. Ja siis praadisin veel, kuni vedelik ära kadus. Alles pärast seda lisasin soola ja oma lemmikut, piprasegu. Nati sojakastet ka. Siis jahu kõige selle otsa, praadisin läbi, lisasin vett ja piima. Kapist leidsin ka tilga vahukoort. Hautasin veel natuke, et maitse täiuslikum saaks. Lõikasin taldrikule kuhjaga värsket kurki ja tomatit, mõned keedetud kartulid ka... Immutasin kirsikompoti vedelikuga ja kirsid panin ka vahele. Vahele ja peale kreemiks oli 3 Alma vaniljekohupiima toru, millele lisasin 1 väikese paki vahukoort (vahustatult). Suhkrut ei pannud. Natuke zelatiini panin ainult hulka. Lihtne ja hea. Lisa kartulihelbed ja vesi ning sool ja sega ühtlaseks taignaks. Pane külmkappi seisma (võiks seista vähemalt pool tundi). Lillkapsas lõika väiksemaks ja pane keema. Keeda poolpehmeks ja kurna. Seejärel haki veel veidi väiksemaks. Sibul ja küüslauk haki ära ja prae pannil kergelt läbi. Praadimise lõpus võid lisada näpuotsaga suhkrut, et maiste põnevam saaks. Eraldi kausis sega kokku kaste. Kõigepealt pane fetajuust ja pigista sinna peale sidrunimahl. Puulusikaga seda ühtlaseks kreemiks. Lisa kõigepealt munad ja siis koor. Vahepeal sega jälle kaste ühtlaseks.&lt;br /&gt;Aja taigen küpsetuspaberiga plaadil laiali ja tee ka pirukale ääred. Laota taignale sibul ja küüslauk, raputa peale veidi riivitud juustu. Seejärel laota sinna peale lillkapsas ja krabinuudlid. Vala kõik kastmega üle. Puista peale veidi hakitud peterselli.
